Your Yoga Instructor
Francesca Bonta is a RYT-500 qualified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager – which translates to over 30 years of experience. Francesca has studied and practiced yoga in many countries around the world, including UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Peru, Thailand, Australia, Turkey, and Canada. She does not follow a lineage or believe that one style of yoga is better than another.
She feels that yoga is accessible and available to everyone; they just need to find what they are connected to. Her areas of expertise include Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Aerial, Therapeutic Yoga and Acroyoga. Over the years, from each teacher she has picked up little points along the way and developed her own unique teaching style. The diversity of each person makes every yoga experience meaningful.

A FOOT NOTE FOR THE YOGA PROGRAM SCHEDULE IN ITALY
Francesca’s Guided Meditation classes will have a theme each day to assist you in the mediation process. Asking you to sit and be with a clear mind is not our approach. Ultimately yogis would like to be able to master that, but most of us have a long way to go. Our goal is to guide you to a place of meditation where there is comfort and acceptance. Meditation, just like yoga, comes in many forms and styles.
You will be guided through different meditation practices to assist you in finding that place of bliss. Our meditation practices will include Yoga Nidra, Chakra Balance, Body-Scans, Crystal Meditations & Gratitude Offerings. There will also be opportunity for Mantra, Chanting & Mudra exploration. The Yoga classes will vary from dynamic and engaging, with much opportunity for challenge within each posture, such as Vinyasa or Hatha Flow or complete restoration, such as Restorative or Yin classes; all dependent upon your body’s needs. The beauty of these Yoga classes is the opportunity to flow through poses without a structured routine or expectations. Each practice is unique, engaging, inspiring and yours. . She always encourages you to listen to your body and honour it. You will come away with more tools to take you on your yogic journey.
