on track for refurbishment
A Pescara villa (Abruzzo Villas) a vacation rental villa on the Italian Adriatic Coast town of Pescara, Italy has embarked on a large-scale exercise to revitalize the exterior facade of the villa.
The 4 Million Euro (5.7 Million US$) Pescara estate in the Abruzzo region of Italy comprises of a 500 square meter Pescara villa with 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious dining room. The Pescara villa sits on a hill surrounded by 50,000 square meters of private land that overlooks panoramic views of Pescara’s Adriatic Coast and the Abruzzo mountains and offers an alternative option for staying in a Pescara Hotel for your Abruzzo Holidays.
Daniela Al-Emadi and her brother Adel Al-Emadi owners of Abruzzo Villas manage the Pescara villa vacation rental together; Daniela explained her reasons for the refurbishment. She said: “I want to re-create a clean white exterior for the villa, and as this Pescara Villa vacation rental villa sits on a hill, the white facade will be visible from a distance”
The Pescara Villa project completion is set for the end of April, Egidio Pergolari and Adel Al-Emadi, project managers of the exterior revitalization explained that they are working with very tight time lines but confident that they can deliver by end of April.
Abruzzo Villas has opened its doors to guests in 2009 and is popular with guests from US, Canada, Europe, Russia and Australia. Adel explained: “Both tourists and business travelers are beginning to see the added value for staying in a Pescara Villa instead of a Hotel in Pescara. The Villa offers much larger space, free WiFi, free phone calls, free DVDs library and of course dramatic views – and all with a short drive to the center of Pescara. The vacation rental industry is growing year on year by 30% and some of the more popular websites that promote them have exceeded the number of available rooms of global Hotel chains such as Starwood, IHG, Hilton etc…”
